Founder Vision / Investor & Advisor Note

Building a scalable healthcare-support platform from real ground-level medical coordination experience.

A strategic concept note shared with mentors, advisors, strategic partners and investors — background context on what E-Doctor is, the ground-level healthcare coordination experience behind it, and where it is going.

Background

What E-Doctor is

E-Doctor, meaning Electronic Doctor, is being imagined as a scalable healthcare-support platform that combines medical guidance, hospital connect, diagnostics support, emergency coordination, patient assistance and affordable healthcare packages.

The larger mission is simple: no family should feel alone, confused or helpless during a medical emergency.

Ground-level validation

Built on real medical coordination experience

Through prior social-impact medical support work, the founding team has supported / guided 200+ medical cases involving doctor connect, hospital guidance, admission support, emergency coordination, government / AIIMS / trust hospital guidance, report sharing, doctor review and family counselling.

This experience has helped build a strong network of doctors, volunteers, students, professionals and well-wishers who continue to support the platform's mission.

Package inspiration

Learning from existing healthcare-support models

E-Doctor's proposed service model is inspired by successful healthcare-support concepts — affordable family packages, first-consultation support, diagnostic and radiology discounts, ambulance coordination, and trained patient-assistance models.

Planned package ideas may include:

  • Family package starting around ₹499
  • Up to 4 family members linked in a package
  • First consultation support across selected departments
  • Up to 40% discount on selected pathology tests through partners
  • Up to 15% discount on selected radiology tests through partners
  • Ambulance coordination support
  • Trained patient-assistance model

Subject to partner availability and final service design. Final prices, discounts, free consultation support and ambulance support will depend on partner agreements, city availability and package terms.

Patient assistance

Patient Assistance / Health Coordinator Model

One of the strongest ideas behind E-Doctor is trained patient-assistance support. If someone in a family is sick, a trained health coordinator may help with home-to-hospital movement, doctor consultation coordination, report coordination, follow-up and safe return support — depending on location and availability.

This model can become a major differentiator because E-Doctor is not only a digital listing or consultation platform; it combines technology with human coordination.

Dual model

Two-Layer Model: Social Impact + Sustainable Healthcare Services

For needy families

  • Free or subsidized medical guidance
  • Doctor connect support
  • Hospital admission guidance
  • Government / AIIMS / trust hospital navigation
  • Emergency coordination support
  • Case support subject to verification and resource availability

For general families

  • Affordable health packages
  • Consultation coordination
  • Diagnostics discounts
  • Ambulance coordination
  • Patient assistance services
  • Family membership plans
  • Senior citizen and chronic-care support packages

The social-impact layer and paid healthcare-service layer should remain legally, financially and operationally clean, with separate documentation and accounting.

Structural clarity

Keeping Social Impact and Startup Operations Clean

E-Doctor is being developed as a separate healthcare-support platform. Any trust-led assistance, social-impact support, paid services, partnerships and future startup operations should be handled with clear legal, financial, operational and data-governance boundaries.

  • Separate accounting for social-impact support and paid services
  • Clear documentation for free/subsidized cases
  • Transparent partner-based package pricing
  • Separate donor/CSR support flows where applicable
  • Compliance review before scaling medical/healthcare services
  • Clear privacy and consent process for patient data
